Your story still needs you. Welcome to our twice weekly November Zoom workshop for writers who are working on a manuscript with the intent of publishing a book one day. Weekly free-writes and workshops will focus on narrative technique, character development, scenework, emotional subtext and more. Our syllabus features articles, short stories, essays, podcasts and books by Alice Walker, Ocean Vuong, Cathy Park Hong, Jesmyn Ward, Raven Leilani, Vladimir Nabokov, Marguerite Duras and more. This workshop is for serious storytellers craving deadlines, structure, technical direction, rigorous mentorship and a like-minded creative community. Space is limited, first come, first served.
